Holds the phone fine, but armband was not comfortable when working out. Plastic back feels uncomfortable and gets sweaty when next to skin, but caused the band to slide down my arm when worn over a shirt. Also found the strap too short and difficult to do up - can only attach it by doing it up first then sliding up over my arm.
Love it, very comfortable and convenient for indoor practices/ workouts.

I like that I don't have to remove the case to use it. Fit nice in my iPhone XS Max with case and since it is made of rubber it is very easy to clean.

The slightest contact with the velcro ends will cause the strap to release. It regularly releases while exercising from simple contact against my body. The strap needs stronger velcro.
I am happy with it so far. It does slide around on my arm more than I would like, and I don't enjoy having to cinch it like a tourniquet, but I ran into the same problem with others. I do like its very lightweight and wicks the moisture well. I do not regret my purchase.
I would give this 5 stars easily if the arm band was a little better. The arm band needs to have a little more stretch and needs to be a little wider. In order to keep it from slipping down while working out you have to cinch it very tight and that causes circulation issues to your lower arm. Wider and Stretchier would easily solve this. As for the phone holder part itself, it is great! small, light weight, fits a wide range of phone sizes along with phone covers. Plus it allows access to camera's, face recognition, touch pad, etc due to it's sleek design.
