I hate this thing and wish I could return it. Unfortunately I already threw out the packaging. Here is why this sucks. 1) the arm band doesn’t have much stretch which makes it uncomfortable 2) when working out with swift movements like using an elliptical, it doesn’t really carry the weight of an iPhone X. It moves around and I think bc the band is too narrow. 3) the worst part ever—if it’s on your arm using Face ID to unlock your phone is impossible. I have to key in my code which is super annoying or take it off. Not great for working out. I don’t recommend this.
I like this better than the slip-on plastic ones. Holds very secure I have no worries of my phone falling. Strap is very comfortable.
Worked out as I hoped, love the ease!
I really like the design of this armband. It’s lightweight and doesn’t chafe. Unfortunately my iPhone XR with Otterbox is a little too heavy for it while running. It keeps slipping and I continually have to adjust it to keep it in place. On the plus side, it works fine for normal workouts in the gym.
I thought this was the version that rotated I was mistaken this is why I gave 3stars for facial recognition. I encountered a unique issue and that’s my arm size is about 9.5 in normal but when flexed like running it can measure an inch or more this made for not enough band for a comfortable strong fit. So rather than risk having my phone fall I stopped using the case. Too many times when I was putting on one side the other came unfastened.

Fits my IPhone XS Max snugly, and let’s you have control over all the buttons and things you need. Stays secure on my arm and is adjustable.
This is a nice product that gives you access to the screen but it pushes on the volume buttons on a galaxy s10 so don't buy for that phone.
Poor quality on velcro strap.
