This product was terrible. iPhone 10XS did not fit well, was difficult to insert/remove, and overall felt cheaply made. I wish I'd returned it for a refund.

I LOVE this running band because it allows me to text or change music without the frustration of a plastic screen covering my phone. It was exactly what i was looking for. You need to get it to sit just right on your arm for it to not flop around while jogging but once you get it settled it's perfect.

The Velcro strap started spontaneously detaching after a couple months use. I decided to buy replacement straps and the day they arrived one of the rubber retaining bands on the holder broke. Used less than a year and not everyday. There is no available way to contact their customer service.

Have used this for over 75 miles of running and haven’t run into any issues. Metal loops are sturdy compared with another product I was using that had plastic and broke after 2 months

It is a bit thing on the wrap part. Making it not so comfortable when arms gets sweaty. I kind if makes my arm hurt.

Although I have only us it once so far, I love the quality and the material. It works great so far and it makes it very easy to access the features on my phone without a plastic screen interfering, and is also very light . Will update review in a few days. I can’t use face recognition but that is something I was expecting.

Very easy to get on/off arm. Difficult to get phone in/out when it’s on the arm.
Otherwise, very easy to get on.

Excellent weight.
Phone stays on tight even when sprinting.

Overall a great product that I would purchase again.

I use it when walking, running and working out at the gym. Fits my phone good and everything works. Easy install and removal.

Use it for moto smartphone at gym. I found that it was easier for me to put it on my right arm - easier to adjust the strap.
