You will need a thirteen-year-old girl to help you put it together-There are no Instructions and the video on here is not very helpful. Working fine. The middle insert in the phone strap enables the circle to pop off easily on the black strap.
This works Good for people (women) that don't have very many clothes with pockets designed for modern phones. Good for habitual phone droppers. Also get a case and a screen protector, though. I had a similar product and the screen broke due to the phone banging against a metal bar as it was around my neck.

I shop for Instacart and this is the best thing I have for work. It’s stable and helps to protect the phone. I would suggest this for anyone.

1 cord securing cord, ripped. I contacted company and although PHOTOS verified defect, they WOULD NOT REPLACE nor REFUND lanyard. Off-shore!!!!! ZERO CREDIBILITY!!!!

I got this for my mom after she washed several phones in her pants pocket. The latest being an expensive iPhone. This is great. She just wears it around her neck. No problem answering. Very simple.

I love to take walks with my little one and most of the time I don’t have pockets to put my phone in. This product takes care of that. It fits my iPhone X better without its case on it.
