The product seems sturdy. I actually shook it around quite a bit and it didn't seem to stretch too much or drop my phone. The straps left room for the camera to work properly and it also works with a case and pop socket on the back of my phone. One of the corner straps sort of covers the "back button" but it does still function.
I use the phone lanyard when I went paddle in Vienna-Auen national park. It worked really well, and free my hands from holding the phone, but I was able to take pictures whenever I wanted. I was not able to use it with my phone case since it would not stay. But without the phone case, it worked very well! It looks good too!
Great for on the go people who have to look at their phone more often then others.
I found this product to be ideal for my needs. After I figured out how to install my Samsung 6 with protective case, it gave me a handy tool to carry the phone when I wanted my hands to be free. I can see that this will also be useful when I want to use the phone for photograph work. Great product.

This came in very handy to document through video a harassment issue. You need hands free and still want to video or audio record then this is the idea holder to use.

The product says it will fit the S10 but it is not compatible. The strap presses down on the volume up button when it's on. It does it with or without a case on the phone. Had to return.
I put my phone on one side and work Walkie on the other side . Clips perfect to prevent from dropping . Can get heavy but I put diagonal . Overall works great and keeps my hands free when on the go at work
It is a little uncomfortable to wear and also does not work with the pixel 3 because it covers the camera feature
