I don’t use facial recognition, but I’m able to use all other features on my phone easily. I have an iPhone 7+ and I’m able to use this for working out.
It works great, just as advertized. Very comfortable.
Fits on my arm with no distracting slipping or cut off of blood supply. Easy to slide on and cinch up. I like it very much.

My husband and I each have this armband. We use it 2-3 times a week on our runs. It’s so sturdy and our phones have never fallen out. It allows us to easily access the phone on the run too. My phone has a pretty thick case and it still fits inside the rubber corner bands. We have put the arm band in the washing machine and it comes out great. I would highly recommend.

So far no dislikes. iPhone XS with slim case fits within the straps. I like that there is no plastic screen over my phones screen. My precious arm band case did and it was not easy to work the screen.

Your phone is exposed so if you don’t have a weather proof phone or case you phone will be exposed to the elements. This one doesn’t smell after you used it several times
