The product worked great. Used it to hold my iPhone to my road bike

I did not feel as if this phone holder would have been secure on my bike. I want a holder that is much more snug fitting. I returned the holder.

Since doesn't fit properly on my phone, it just keeps turning on and raising the volume in my phone.
Definitely not for MTB.

Works well. Have not had any issues with my phone becoming dislodged. Have used it with a smaller iPhone (Xs) and a larger iPhone (7s). The larger phone actually feels more secure than the smaller phone. But again, I have not had an issue with either one.

Phone fell out and cracked one time I used this. You have to make sure that all the edge silicone straps are as far over as possible.

Sometimes, a corner may slip off after hitting bumps repeatedly. I think careful initial positioning on the stem will minimize/eliminate this. As long as the holder isn't tilted to one side or the other, bumps shouldn't loosen a corner. I do wish tension would be higher to minimize this slippage. Maybe the corners could be made a little thicker to create a bit more tension.

This product is completely useless, when attached to the top tube of a bike it rattles the phone will bounce against the top tube of the bike non stop. I do not recommend this product under any circumstances if the bike will be moving. A stationary bike possibly but a bike that will be ridden absolutely not.

It is light and holds the phone well to the bike. I lowered my steam so I can’t use it until I get it cut, but I am happy with it.

Great on my long distance biking! Holds cell securely, easy install

Works well and holds phone securely. Have ridden a lot of bumpy cobble and whatnot with my phone attached to this and this attached to my stem with no problem.
