easy installation
I have a drop bar bike and this phone holder was too long to securely mount anywhere on my bike.
I can't view the phone while cycling. The angle of the phone is entirely dependent on the of your head set (the part that holds the handlebars.) Also it's hard to turn the phone on and off while in the holder because my on/off switch is on the back of my phone.
This is my second attempt to find a phone mount that doesn’t move over rough terrain—and I did. Couldn’t be easier to attach, versatile to different bar widths, keeps my iPhone plus secure, and doesn’t move on the bar even over consistently jarring road conditions. I couldn’t be happier.
Perfect for me to refer to my biking app during a ride
This did not work with my iPhone 7 Plus. The phone rattled against the post. The holder couldn't accommodate my case, and I just returned it. I went with a solid frame holder that could (barely) accommodate the phone in the case (and that one might get 3 stars - I still haven't found the case I can say I'm really pleased with). Avoid.
It's just a big piece of rubber that works OK. iPhone does move around in it a bit and the "band" tends to cover the Home button and makes it difficult to wake up a sleeping iPhone. So just turn the sleep to Never and it works fine.
Meets my needs but hope it holds up long term.
Second "rubber" bike phone holder I have purchased from Amazon. This one appears to be holding up better with regards to taking the phone in and out of the holder, while delivering food for UberE*ts.
I was pleasantly surprised to find here is ZERO vibration. When riding, it sits perfectly still. Mounted on the neck.
